I'm a list-maker at heart. Love lists. Every day I make a "to-do" list filled with both big and small things that I can cross off.
Crossing things off of "to-do" lists makes me feel like I accomplished something, even if it was accomplishing nothing more than drinking my 64 ounces of water or taking my vitamins every day.
Today's list looks like this:
- Drink Sludge
- Balance checkbook
- Pay bills
- Take vitamins
- Drink water
- Spring Fling
- Clean out purse
- Make list for the weekend
There are a few more items, but you get the idea. The list is my running commentary on my sometimes mundane little world. Occasionally, nothing will be scratched off the list because life got in the way of completing those small tasks.
I also make other types of lists. I make lists for my husband, for the weekend, grocery lists, etc. I also make quite extensive lists when getting ready to go on vacation. My packing list is always at least two pages and four revisions. There's also the pre-trip "to-do" list that involves picking up prescriptions, charging camera batteries, blah, blah, blah.
Today, after reading what a girl I know does to get ready for a trip, I took my list making to the next level...
The packing spreadsheet, complete with three (so far!) tabs.

You're still taking the sludge? How's that working out for you? Did you find a way to make it more palatable?
I am, actually. Not every single day religously, but most days. I have more energy when I do drink it, but I'm not sure I see it in my skin. That's okay, though. I feel healthier.
I have a new brand that I'm drinking called "Greens First" and it is only available online. It is minty and sweet and not horrible at all.
Lists are my friend, too. I find myself making lists when I feel life gets too out of hand and I get overwhelmed. And that's been a lot recently..
