Satisfaction

I spend quite a lot of time and energy focusing on the things I should be doing, the things I should be saying, the work I ought to be doing, the things I want to buy, the capital "S" stuff I want to accomplish, have, do, etc. and blah, blah, blah.

Here comes the mental head slap... Dudes, I am content! There's always the desire to have more of whatever thing (mostly money), but I look around me and I'm really content.

I'm a very lucky woman.

I have a loving husband, beautiful son, a roof over my head, the ability to go buy new clothes and shoes (you should SEE the deals I got during tax-free weekend!), and a great extended family.

Wow. This is cool.
